Sport'Al 30 stanchions

Designed for yachts with double or triple rows of guardrails, this 30 mm diameter range is rather aimed at units over 50 feet.
The Sport'Al 30 stanchions are designed to be installed with two different types of stanchion bases :

Diameter 50 mm, with threaded rod through deck + M20 anodized bolt

Diameter 60 mm, fixed to the deck by three 6 mm screws
Each stanchion is fixed to its base thanks to a black anodized screw.
The gate door is fitted with forged stainless steel eye nuts, mounted with isolant polymer rings. The guardrails are also protected by isolant polymer rings.

Sport'Al alloy
The Sport'Al alloy was developed from an aerospace-quality aluminium material. Very resistant, it offers more performance than stainless steel, but also up to 50% weight saving compared to traditional solutions.
Anodized finish
Thanks to a thick protective layer, the anodized finish guarantees extreme resistance to corrosion, while allowing several styles of decoration. Our Sport'Al 30 stanchions are thus available in Aluminium, Titanium or Carbon looks.
Increased resistance
Thanks to their excellent mechanical characteristics, Sport'Al 30 stanchions guarantee you twice the resistance of stainless steel stanchions.
